Q: I have never participated in any group fitness program. Will I be able to do this?
A: Yes! Our bootcamps are truly for every level. We encourage you, but we also ensure that you are going at the pace that is appropriate for you and gives you the most benefit. As long as you are able to have fun and have a sense of humor, you will do great!
Q: Are your trainers qualified?
A: All of our trainers are certified and have fitness degrees as well as CPR and first aid certifications.
Q: If I miss a class, can I make it up?
A: Yes, if you are a current-registered bootcamp participant, you can make up a missed class with a R$_10_ switch-a-class fee. And the makeup class must occur within the same week as your regular class.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: If you are unable to continue with a class because of circumstances beyond your control, such as an injury, we are happy to offer you credit toward another class.
Q: What if I sign up for the classes and find it is not for me?
A: If you are intrigued but skeptical about committing to a bootcamp, come and check out a bootcamp class for one day on us! Beware, they are addicting!
Q: What do I bring to class?
A: You need to bring some water and a large towel or yoga mat for exercises on the ground. And don't forget to eat breakfast!
Q: What if it rains?
A:
We will hold class in the rain, as long as there is no lightning. It actually makes it pretty fun! To check to see if your class has been cancelled call Missy at 8302-9556.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Email us your name and phone number and class or package you are interested in, and we will send you back a registration form. You can pay with cash before your first class, or do a bank transfer if necessary.
