The whole idea of a women's fitness bootcamp came about after I had started hearing of so many people, literally around the world now, who are getting really fit and actually enjoying this method of exercise. I wanted to get in shape this way and knew it didn't exist in Rio, especially in English! So I decided to create it myself and invite friends and their friends to join in! After quite often spending 2 hours in the gym each day (and that's not even including the days I wanted to do pilates or yoga!) I realized I was getting burned out very quickly and would fall off my plan. With bootcamp training you can get your cardio and strength training in just one hour and have the whole day ahead of you!
We are looking for suggestions ands like to get feedback on people's experiences and what they like and didn't like as much, so email them to me! And once we get enough interest in different times and days, we can add on more classes to the schedule to accomodate everyone. Eventually we are hoping to include the a Barra location but at the moment we are trying to find a good trainer there. So please email me with any suggestions you may have.
