What is bootcamp?  Think outdoors, think challenging, think fun!

It is a go-at-your-own pace, all-over body workout utilizing a variety of exercises and drills.  It accomodates all fitness levels, and is based on the military training camps in that they are outdoors, intensive, and require little or no equipment.  We do a combination of many different types of drills that make it fun: some running, squats, skipping, lunges, push-ups, step-ups, tricep dips, etc. as well as drills with jump ropes and resistance bands- a different workout every day! 

The workouts are for all levels of fitness, and at your own personal level and intensity.  They will be varied, and will change daily to keep it interesting and not get monotonous.  We will meet outside, rain or shine, and will have an hour of a combination of some form of cardiovascular exercise along with strength elements and muscle building, and also work on flexibility in the stretching portion of the class.
